Heal & Restore
Heal & Restore
HELP also looks at Environment from a perspective of Heal & Restore, where victims of environmental and ecosystem degradation (primarily in the form of ground water contamination) are taken care of, by providing the right healing care to people suffering from Kidney diseases and Cancer.
Cancer Support
HELP Foundation has a holistic approach towards cancer care which is centered around cost efficiency, as well as quality of life. Very well ingrained into this project is an approach of metrics collection in the effectiveness of alternative treatments like Ayurveda and Homoeopathy in Palliative Care, which is expected to be more affordable and more effective in relieving pain.
Dialysis Assistance
HELP Foundation initiative into this arena, named DAYA, is to ensure that no kidney patient will perish because of the lack of funds for dialysis and to prevent kidney failure due to diabetes and other complications. HELP Foundation ran this initially based on a tie up with Ashtamudi Hospital and now we have extended our financial support to needy patients across all major hospitals on Kollam and a select few in Trivandrum
Food for Bedridden
Help Foundation through its “OUTREACH Program “supports bedridden patients. Poor family members usually take it upon themselves to care for their bedridden brethren, without any income or support. Help Foundation supports around 100 of them today and is unable to support all the applications we receive. We visit the patients home every month with the needed solace.
Help Foundation Medical Store
HELP has been supporting Cancer & Dialysis patients through its various support schemes for the last 10 years. HELP focuses on a bringing a holistic view of the Environment around a community, seeing it as an overall eco system. Since 2019, we have extended our support to paralyzed (bedridden) patients, some of whom were the breadwinners of their family
Sponsor a dialyzer for a poor patient.
We at HELP FOUNDATION have taken it as our mission to improve the health and well-being of people with advanced kidney disease, receiving dialysis treatment. Now we think that it is time to go a step forward and take an initiative to provide a more comprehensive help to those in need.
